Maca Root, Peanut Butter & Pumpkin Smoothie
A nutritional and filling smoothie that incorporates Maca Root, Peanut Butter and Pumpkin!!!
- 3/4 cup Almond Milk if you want it thicker only use 1/2 cup
- 1 1/2 cup Cooked Butternut squash or pumpkin
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Lime juice lemon juice can be substituted
- 1 tbsp MGC Super Health Maca Powder
- 4 1/2 tbsp Liquid sweetener (honey, agave or maple syrup)
- 2 1/2 cups Ice
Place all ingredients, except for ice, into a high speed blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. Add ice and crush it on low speed. Garnish with dark chocolate, if desired. Enjoy!
